πŸ† GRAMMYs Best Dressed ’19 πŸ‘—

I always look forward to watching the GRAMMys, not so much even for the music, but purely because of the amazing and unique looks that get served every time. This year, I feel like the bar has been raised more than it ever has been before, so I decided to pick out my absolute favourite looks from this years GRAMMYs, and share them all! And yes, it was hard.

Andra Day
Known for her incredible debut single Rise Up, Andra Day did not fail to impress with her extremely unique, bold and eye-catching look, head to toe in custom Cheng-Huai Chuang. This deep purple thigh length dress really gives those punk-meets-kawaii vibes, and the tutu styled hem of the dress is beautiful portraying a beautiful feather-like texture. The little purple clutch purse gives me Barbie vibes, and I absolutely love the matching hosiery and 80’s styled heels to match. Overall, I think this look is so different and out there that it caught my eye and I had to begin with it, even the slicked back hair with the bouncy curls, it gives class and elegance to such a statement outfit.

Lady Gaga
It was no surprise when absolute icon Lady Gaga served one of the best, most stunning looks of the evening. She was proudly flaunting her Celine and Tiffany & Co. jewels and looked beautiful. Her floor scraping silver dazzling gown really complimented her lush, wavy blonde hair that’s giving me surfer girl vibes. The long, intricate slit down the middle of the gown reveals her incredible legs yet doesn’t reveal any more, giving the outfit that feminine touch but remaining classy and elegant. I love the sleeveless look, and the stunning choker silver necklace to give that extra bit of detail to her outfit.

Toni Braxton
Toni Braxton absolutely pulled off this incredible mesh, sheer body-hugging dress sequined with divine deep purple jewels in the most intricate designed patterns. Toni Braxton proudly wore her Elie Madi dress that accentuated her curves and her silky, sleek straightened hair gave this sexy, dominant look a bit of sophistication and grace. The pattern is so beautiful, how it descends down her front and the symmetry either side of her hips really compliments her figure. She definitely has the body to pull this daring look off, and also the class to feminise the look even more!

Cardi B
Cardi B stole the spotlight with her teapot inspired gown that I think only she could ever pull off. Not only did her make-up look amazing and so classy with the subtle pink shades, her long matching pink gloves looked extremely elegant and classy, matching the vibe of the whole overall look. Provided by vintage Theirry Mugler from the fall season in ’95, this look was made for Cardi and she knows it. Her confidence glows as she models this bold, statement gown that not only shows off her extremely tight and great top figure, but the extreme oyster shape that sticks out behind her makes her petite figure look even better, and accentuates the bottom of the deep blue, satin material gown that finishes off the look just beautifully.

Dua Lipa
Last but not least, my final favourite of the bunch is this silver, elegant gown worn by pop icon Dua Lipa. Now, Dua Lipa is general has an amazing sense of style in my opinion, so it was no surprise when she displayed such a beautiful and high-end
look at the GRAMMYs. I actually think this dress is quite similar to Lady Gaga’s silver gown however this gown flows out from the back and leaves a beautiful trail behind, full of silky silver lace that gives classy and elegant vibes. The silver choker necklace looks beautiful and just like Gaga’s, it adds that extra bit of detail to the look. She looks so beautiful and feminine, and once again it really hugs her figure and the bandage, wrap around style of the dress makes her feminine figure stand out beautifully.

Well it was very hard picking out such few favourites, but here they are! Let me know which outfit is your favourite, and if I missed any that you particularly love then be sure to tell me.

I'm always a little baffled by the looks because I just don't think I understand fashion lol. I don't watch the Grammys but, I do like reading about the outfits afterwards.

The Grammy Awards is always an event to look forward to, not only knowing who would garner awards, but also to see the glamorous outfits. For those you featured in this post, I like Dua Lipa's gown the most. It looks elegant without being \”loud.\”
